First things first, a big thank you to all our loyal Moodtime.net customers and re-sellers, despite challenges faced the past year has been one of our busiest and we have grown in the process.
Having listened to feedback from customers and re-sellers we have made some changes to our Online Store. We have re-designed our online store page to be more user friendly and in order to improve order accuracy and on-time delivery commitments. Each product will now have a banner indicating whether it is an In Stock or Catalogue product.
In Stock means the product is in stock and on hand in our warehouse ready for quick shipping.
Catalogue means that the item is available for order and is available from our supplier or is on order already and in transit to us from our supplier, essentially this would be a pre-order. These are generally popular items that often sell out quickly by ordering the catalogue item you are securing the item as soon as it arrives and you won’t risk seeing the item sell out before you get the chance to purchase it.

- Processing time before shipping 1 - 2 days.
- Courier - R99 - 1 - 4 days to most areas, outlying can take longer.
- Pargo - R99 - Pick-up point collection 1 - 5 days.
Catalogue Items
- Processing time before shipping 2 - 15 business days.
- Courier - R99 - 1 - 4 days to most areas, outlying can take longer.
- Pargo - R99 - Pick-up point collection 1 - 5 days.

Global supply chains are still experiencing disruptions due to Covid-19, most recently there were delays in incoming stock shipments as a result of flight restrictions however things are starting to improve and we hope this will continue.
